Refund policy
Tanner Spurs has has a lifetime warranty on our spurs against any manufacturing faults, normal wear and tare is is not included in in the warranty, postage is only covered on the return from Tanner spurs to the customer in the case of warranty claims. To start a warranty, you can contact us at tannerspurs@outlook.com. If your warranty is accepted, we’ll instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Gift cards and are not redeemable for cash.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the warranty was approved or not and you can expect it to be returned. If approved, your item will be fixed original condition and returned.
